Refund policy

At Berkelbloem, we're dedicated to ensuring that your visit is nothing short of wonderful. We understand that sometimes, life's unpredictable nature can affect your plans. That's why we've crafted our refund policy to be as accommodating as possible, while also maintaining fairness to all our guests and the operational needs of our farm.

Ticket Refunds

  • Our tickets are generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review your selected date and time carefully before making your purchase.
  • Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances. These include extreme weather conditions that lead to the closure of the farm on your ticket date. Our team closely monitors weather conditions and will make decisions with your safety and enjoyment in mind.
  • In the rare event of a closure, we will reach out to you with options to reschedule your visit or process a refund. The decision to issue refunds is at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees.

Exchange Policy

  • We understand that plans can change. If you find yourself unable to attend on your ticketed date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule for another date or time slot, subject to availability.
  • Please note that Monday to Thursday tickets offer more flexibility and can be used on any equivalent day and time within the season, without the need to change your ticket.
